This is often in conflict with the austere values of Catholicism, which is prevalent throughout Latin world, but most Latina’s seem to manage to reconcile (or separate) the two. Either way they are not going to spend a lot of time contemplating past actions or waste time on regrets. It is the focus on the present and the enjoyment of the moment that makes Latina’s the hottest lovers.
I would not claim that Latinas are technically better lovers than all others but sex is 90% attitude and 10% technique and the Latina has the attitude. This makes latin sex more exciting and satisfying.

The Brazilian city of Esperantina approved an annual Orgasm Day to be held on May 9 every year. The 35,000 people in this lucky city will be asked to work harder to improve their sexual satisfaction. Despite the protests of the mayor, who called the idea “pornographic”, the other councillors happily voted it in without a moment’s hesitation.
Orgasm Day was the brainchild of councillor Arimateia Dantas, who said he felt compelled to do it after suffering from premature ejaculation. “My ex-partner was very hot, but she took such a time to reach the orgasm that I couldn't wait for her,” he said. When he did further research and found out that only 28% of the city’s women reached orgasm during sex, the councillor felt he had to act.

In Chile, a candidate in the general election died during a particularly torrid sex session. The resulting publicity ensured Raul Veloso scored over a thousand votes when his name was mistakenly left on the ballot paper. Friends described Raul as both “tremendously kind” and “a real seducer”. A Humanist Party spokesperson said the support for Raul had cheered up the entire party. “We felt Raul was still with us. It was especially impressive to see that he still performed better than a lot of live candidates,” she said. Damn, if only elections were that exciting all the time.
